Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  11/15/04      Rate This Apartment     ...but here are a few. One, the noise level is unacceptable. The buildings are entirely wood framed, including the floors. Because of this, you can hear people walking around above (and below) you. The buildings appear nice from the outside but once you are in, they are dirty and unkept. As stated in another review, Shawn Fancil, the Property Manager, is rude and has a condecending attitude. These are just a few things....overall my experience at The Arbors was not a good one.
