The apartment is very large and the price is right for us. The noise level is obscene, though. Upstairs neighbors are horrible--playing music loud enough to hear every word in every room of apartment. Management is aware of problem and will call them, but they are inconsiderate and continue to do it. Can hear footsteps overhead all the time--sounds like they are wearing wooden clogs. Units could use better lighting--bathroom and kitchen lighting is inadequate at best. Kitchen could also use additional cabinet space--lots of wasted wall space. But we're renting, so it's not permanent.
