	Breckenridge Apartments 4401 Skipper Road Tampa,  Fl 33613 Rating Recommend:    No Overall Rating:  1.0 Security:  2.0 Parking:  1.0 Appearance:  3.0 Management:  1.0 Maintenance:  3.0 Unit Condition:   3.0 Noise:  1.0		Review Title:  Gets Even Worse Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  9/6/04      Rate This Apartment     The management DOES NOT attempt to match you with compatable roommates!I was placed with a chimney stack (even though I indicated NON-SMOKER!).She moved in during the period when most of the old residents from the previous year had vacated, so there were plenty of other places for her to reside.Also, she does drugs, which when reported to the mgmt., recieved no action.I was told I would have to move, even though she is the one with the substance abuse problem.
