Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  6/16/04      Rate This Apartment     I moved into my apartment a month ago and in one month have had my upstairs bathroom tub leak into the kitchen, the floor in the bathroom feels as if it will cave in, free cable did not work for one month, the master bathroom sink leaked underneath the cabinet and soaked everything under it, the closets are off track, the ceiling is leaking in the master bedroom over the bed, we received a warning on our door about an attempted rape in the complex, we thought staying in a townhouse would be better with noise compared to an apartment with people above you, but that is not the case, considering it feels like the next door neighbors live with us.We can hear every move they make, every word they say, and what they are watching on TV.The prices are outrageous for what we have had to go through and if you want cable in another room, they will make you pay extra.And now to top it all off we have flying termites.I never thought there was such a thing, but after looking it up, they do exist. Maybe that is why the bathroom floor is caving in?
