My worst experience was when it was time to vacate my one bedroom. After vacating the apt and turning in the keys. I received a bill in the mail charging me for new stove rings, dirty carpet and oven not cleaned. I returned and spoke with the manager regarding the matter. The apartment was left in immaculate shape and the foot prints with from the maintenance men repairing my a/c unit prior to me moving out. The stove was barely used because I was barely home.The rent was too highwhen it came time to renew my lease and I told them the water bill was ridiculous for a one bedroom when I was barely at home. All & all save yourself the headache folks. | | | | |
