Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  1/17/05      Rate This Apartment     Run away while you can or the smell will kill you!! Really, this is the worst smelling place that I've EVER been around. There is literally a farm behind the apartment complex...actually a pig farm....so to say that the place smells like a** is an understatement. The apartments are quite pretty themselves, but you have loud neighbors, junker cars sitting in the parking lot (actually to call it a parking lot is quite nice because there's hardly ever any parking), and crime in the back of the apartments is quite bad...hence cars being broken into and the community police officer shining his spotlight into the residents' windows looking for what I don't know. Anyway, all I am saying is that I wish that I could get out of my lease (I've been here a whole stinky year and have 6 more stinky months to go) because for the amount of money that I pay in rent, I'd really expect a lot more. As far as the staff is concerned, I try to stay away, but some of the new maintanence guys look like they got them from jail work release or something. Me and my husband are a young couple, so take it from us don't rent here!!!
