I am on the 1st floor of 3. I do not hear anything except the people above me. Constant walking heavy, thumping, yelling heard through the vents, banging and vacuming. The managment like all the rest say they send letters, call but never enforce any penalites. They say call the police, but as always they come and there is no noise issues. And noise is always at random times.If you like noise and college students everywhere, disrespectfull, denying everything then welcome, otherwise keep looking. | | | | |
