Apartment Review
Seaport Channelside
Review Date: 8/20/2010 Reviewer: Anonymous
I lived in Seaport Channelside for a year. I moved in August 2009 and moved out August 2010. I enjoyed my experience while at Seaport and I met several friends that will last a lifetime. The courtyards are great because they allow you to chat with your neighbors while letting your dogs play; no need to take them to a dog park. Also, the apartments were brand new when I moved in, which was a big reason that I moved in. The office staff is always very nice and helpful. Any time I needed anything no matter how big or small, they always helped me. Ramon is a great maintenance guy. The one thing that can be annoying is there are a lot of younger people who moved in recently. They are young and stay up late some nights partying. But if you like that, then the pool is a great place to hang out on the weekends. That's not my thing, so I just stayed away from the pool on the weekends. When I first moved in, there was an issue with people letting their dogs go to the bathroom in the hallway, but that has since been resolved. Overall, Seaport is a great place to live. The owners are great and very helpful. I also think that they genuinely care about your living experience there and will work with you to improve anything if you are unhappy. I think it's a great place to live if you are young and want to meet some friends or if you are new to Tampa. It's easy to meet people there and get to know your neighbors. |
