Apartment Review for The Park At Lake Magdalene - Tampa, FL

Basically it's a cheaper version of Lake Carlton Arms. Built by the same company but different management. If you get a building with long term residents, it's pretty quiet. The maintenance so far has been pretty good but you can see where they are avoiding things to save money like weeds in the rotting gutters. I recently had to replace my lost laundry card and was shocked at the $25.00 replacement price.
