Hmm lets see... Ive called the cops 5 times on the people below me for screaming and hitting each other, the cops told me the girl doesnt take her bipolar meds and their apartment looks like a jungle filled with cat feces. Camden is FULL of people like this. I have a man who walks around with no shirt on and gets drunk on the stairwell in my building who gawks at my girlfriend. I had a drunk guy knocking on my door at 4am. I can hear noise from every angle as if they were in my own unit. The insulation SUCKS! My unit is 751 sq feet and my electric bill in the summer was $180! My parents own a 2500 sq ft house and their bill is half of that! The only good thing about the place is that the maintenance guys are awesome and friendly, the appearance of the property is well kept, and its affordable which is why you get a property full of creeps. The sunsets are gorgeous over the bay from my patio but Ill go next door and pay a couple hundred dollars more for thicker walls, better insulation, and higher class people. Camden is a good company but this property just sucks. Dont move here, you'll regret it.
