Apartment Review for Inwood Park Apartment Homes - Tampa, FL

Instead of wasting my efforts story telling, I am just going to list all of the things that made my stay at Inwood Park Homes in Tampa, FL: * The security gate was broken for half the time I was there (12 months). When it is working, half the people receive broken cards and have to tail someone in. * There are always cars lined along all of the spaces and after a certain point there are no spaces around or near your building. * The appearance is bland. The only nice place on the property is the leasing office. * The staff lost our rent checks one month, failed to return our security deposit, and even sent a debt collector 6 weeks later for paid utilities bills and exorbitant damages (which was probably the fault of the maintenance crew). * The maintenance crew has the feel of crime syndicate, considering one of them sold me a gas grill and I lived on the second floor. After receiving an eviction threat I told them of the incident and he was forced to buy it back. Good luck getting anything else fixed. * Again, nothing to see here. * Unless you are near the pools, you won't have noise. In summary, they are crooks who would rather play silent and let fines and fees incur without ANY contact. Their favorite line "it's in the lease you signed" (which you can't get a copy of unless you are in violation). Of all the places to stay in Tampa, please avoid Inwood Park unless you are a paralegal looking for an apartment scam case. And if you are, please contact me :)
