Apartment Review for Sheldon Palms - Tampa, FL

I've lived here for five years and the pros i consider: free water, discounted cable, easy parking, and a low noise level. cons: are the crime rates which are excsessive in my opinion, the terrible exterior decoration, and the low level of accomidations.i have one half of the counter space wich is small taken up by my microwave alone but for such a great price you cant beat a rate of 1100 a month and my low electric bill which is an average of 100 a month.
