Apartment Review for Sterling 42Nd Street - Tampa, FL

Soo I was excited to live here at first. They are very great sales people for sure. Brand new, nice, and modern on the outside. I wasn't too sure what I was getting into though because they were still in the process of building them when I signed my lease. The walls are paper thin. I hear outside, my roommates, upstairs, downstairs, neighbors.. at ALL times. LOUDEST apartment I have ever been in and there is really no privacy. Super cheap furniture and EXTREMELY uncomfortable. There is NO room in this place. Want to live in a box? Move to Sterling. I lived in Holly apartments on campus the year before and I'm pretty sure I had more room there. Not cool. There's only one very small counter to eat on. No table. Seriously, the four of us would be squished if we all ate at the same time. And, there's not even enough furniture for everyone to enjoy the box or "living room.".. AND its not like theres even enough room to even buy more furniture. THe balcony? Please. A walkspace outside is not a balcony. I truly enjoyed the alarms waking me up in the middle of the night every night and waiting in my car for hours til it was fixed. Great memories. OH, and the morons that peed in the staircase every week so it smelled horribly until maintence would finally do something about it. You'd think the gates would mean safety. SURE, if they WORKED. Overall, thank you Sterling for completely ripping me off and in my opinion, stealing my money.
