Apartment Review for The Park On Waters - Tampa, FL

I moved in to The Park on Waters from a place where my car was vandalized and there was trash every where, this place is clean and I dont have to worry about my car being vandalized, the office people are friendly and professional yes things do brake and the times I have requested maintenance service they have completed the work of course things are never going to be done your way people have to remember you live in an apartment where you share walls, I been here 2 years and plan to resign again in October, I will really recomend this place to anyone who is looking for a decent, clean, quiet place to raise their family...it is worth it
